How It Works
At Nurses in the USA, we make a complex international process simple, guided, and human. Our team supports you step-by-step — from preparing your documents to starting your new life and job in the United States.
Whether you're still gathering your paperwork or already passed the NCLEX, we help you move forward with confidence.

Step 1: Application & Screening
Submit your resume through our website. Our team will review your qualifications, experience, and eligibility. If you meet the minimum requirements, we’ll move forward to the next step.
Step 2: Document Preparation & Credential Evaluation
We help you identify the documents you need: diploma, transcripts, license verification, references — all translated and formatted forreview by U.S. hiring managers.
We guide you through the credentialing process with agencies like CGFNS or others accepted by U.S. state boards.
Step 3: Licensing
& Exams
If you haven’t passed the required exams yet (such as NCLEX or TOEFL), we’ll help you understand what’s needed and connect you with trusted, independent preparation providers.
If you already passed — great! We can move faster toward placing you in your nursing position in the U.S.A.
Step 4: Job Matching & Interviews
Once your credentials are validated or are in process, we can begin matching you with open positions we have with our U.S. healthcare employers. We help you prepare for interviews and choose the opportunity that best fits your profile and goals.
Step 5: Immigration & Visa Support
Once an employer extends an employment offer to you, the legal team will handle the visa process. We’ll orient you about your visa type, documentation, and what to expect — and we’ll be here for every question you have along the way.
Step 6: Relocation & Ongoing Support
We help you plan your move, coordinate travel and housing, and prepare for a smooth transition. Once you arrive, we will stay in touch with you — offering you continued guidance during your first weeks, months, and even as you grow your career.
