Who Can Apply?
We work exclusively with international nurses who are ready to build a stable, long-term career in the United States. Currently, we are recruiting citizens from:

Other countries (such as Brazil, the Philippines, India, and selected nations in Africa and the Caribbean) will be added soon. Please check back regularly.

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for placement, you must meet the following criteria:

Be a Registered Nurse in your country, with an active and verifiable license

Have a degree or diploma from an accredited nursing program

Possess at least 2 years of recent clinical experience in direct patient care

Be fluent in English and able to communicate in a professional healthcare setting

Be eligible for a U.S. work visa (we help assess this during screening)

Be committed to relocating and working full-time in the United States
Required Documents
During your application and credentialing process, you’ll need the following:

University diploma and transcript

Nursing license and proof of professional registration

Employment verification and reference letters

Proof of English proficiency (e.g. TOEFL or IELTS scores, if available)

Government-issued ID and passport

Any certifications related to nursing specialties (if applicable)
